Language means of expression of the 3rd person realize proximal value under certain syntactic conditions to which communication of verbal forms with personal nouns and the independent use of a verbal form of plural as the main member of the indefinite-personal sentence belong. Thematic value accompanies proximal, and in its absence acts as a unique value of the 3rd person. The 3rd person is a syntactic person: both values aren't shown out of a syntactic construction.

Abstract
The possession of the indications of the subjective modality is a common characteristic of all isolated parts. Sometimes the presence of these indications in secondary parts of the sentence becomes a main reason for the isolation. An exclusion of the indications might cause a loss of isolation or even a disruption of the sentence structure and a significant change of meaning. It happens due to the fact that the indications of the subjective modality weaken the connection of the isolated part with the sentence and cause a change to a semi-predication.
