of the saint's life written in the last third of
the fifteenth century. The manuscript contains
the life of St. Nicholas, an account of the
translation of his relics from Myra to Bari, the
miracles he worked in his lifetime and after his
repose. The graphic and spelling peculiarities
testify to the Russian origin of the manuscript
written in the difficult period in the history of
Russian writing.

Abstract
The subject of this study is the
relation between the cognitive and anthropocentric
approaches to the analysis of proverbs
reflecting the appearance and inward qualities
of women in Russian linguistic thinking. We
address the semantics of these units of language
for a detailed examination of the national traits
and moral values typical of the Russian women
of the past. We arrive at the conclusion that
there is an intimate connection between the
cognitive and anthropocentric origins of the
system of proverbs about women

Abstract
In the article one-compound
verbal sentences in the language of proverbs
are analyzed. Means of formation of generalized
semantics are considered. The importance
of generalized semantics of the proverbs is
marked as short aphorisms of instructive/didactic character and arising at these or those
people as a result of vital supervision, historical
experience. It is proved that the generalized
semantics of proverbs is formed by the general
structure of syntactic structures on the basis of
rupture of action-condition with quite certain
person-figure and with quite certain grammatical
time in the one-compound sentence.

peculiarity of A.Akhmatova`s anthology
of lyrics «The white flock». It gives the
theoretical basis of the research. The glances at
the question about composition and architectonics
of two literary theoretics M. Bakhtin and
P. Phlorenskiy are compared. The innovative
enrichment of the described in the «The white
flock» is more obvious than in the previous
Akhmatova`s anthologies. The architectonics
of all four chapters of the anthology is examined

The main purpose of the article
is to compare the image of the ideological
character (The Grand Inquisitor ) represented
by Dostoevsky with the images of Benefactor
(We Zamyatin) and Commissar (Hulio
Hurenito Erenburg). The matter is that Dostoevsky
created very attractive character of the
revolutionary, superman who tried to improve
the world so this ideology couldnt help impressing
the proponents of extreme measures. On the
contrary Erenburg and Zamyatin dethroned the
ideological hero discovering the mythical purposes
of the revolution by analysing this Poem
of The Grand Inquisitor from the position of
the distopia. Erenburg pulled off the religious
veil from the Inquisitor: Commissars «concern
for peoples welfare» caused not so much
religion as the realization of the historical inevitability.
On the contrary Zamyatin focused
our attention on the new perfected Christian
culture.
