Abstract
Historical novel of the early 19th century, approaching the historiography, had accumulated in its narrative structure, the specificity of a new artistic models of historicism. In different versions, appealing to document and documentary, it verified the border of new epistemes, being the subject and the object of historicizing reflection; belonged to the era of its creation and the epoch it rebuilt.
