THE ORAL TECHNIQUE OF THE NARRATIVE PERSPECTIVES IN MCCULLERS NOVEL REFLECTIONS IN A GOLDEN EYE
Abstract
The article deals with the problem of narrative perspectives in C. McCallers
novel Reflections in a Golden Eye viewed in the context of the Southern literary
aesthetic. The technique of telling used by the author makes it possible to avoid a
complex traditional rhetoric without destroying the realistic strategy of the school
aimed at a profound artistic investigation of the concrete reality.
