MODERN TENDENCIES IN THE LINGUISTIC ANALYSIS OF FICTION TEXT
Abstract
The article gives an overview of the main tendencies in the analysis of a fiction
text, which is considered an aesthetic act of communication verbalized by the
author of a literary work and perceived by the reader. The offered investigation
reviews some recent studies on the subject undertaken by Linguistics, Stylistics,
Narratology, Poetics and a number of related sciences.
