Reprezentation of cognitive opposition of the concepts "smartness" and "foolishness" in the Russian and Czech proverbs

Abstract

This article is wrote in the
frames of cognitive linguistics contains the
comparative analysis of the lingual representations
of the concepts smartness and foolishness
in the Russian and Czech languages
world. The analysis has been based on proverbs.
The analysis of the representations of the concepts
has been revealed the similar and distinguishing
features of the national understanding
of mind and foolishness and is one stage of
the description of languages world especially
important for profound comprehension of national
concept sphere in whole.
