RELIGIOUS DESCRIPTION IN «TRAVEL TO THE SACRED EARTH IN 1830» OF A. MURAVJEV (ON AN EXAMPLE OF THE DESCRIPTION OF CHURCH OF THE HOLY SEPULCHRE)
Abstract
Article is addressed to research of
questions of poetics of a literary genre «pilgrim
travel» and studies a role of the art description
in structure of the «Text of the pilgrim». The
analysis of the book of A. Mouravjev author
«Travel to the Sacred Earth in 1830» (1832) (on
an example of some fragments), proves that use
of various types of religious verbal descriptions
gave the chance to the author to create the full
artistic image in which the beauty of the visible
world and understanding of its spiritually-religious,
sacral sense incorporate.
