TRAGIC HERO AND AUTHORS VIEW IN THE NOVEL BY V. ASTAFYEV «BRIDGEHEAD»

Abstract

The article considers the peculiarities of the
authors view in the novel Bridgehead and provides the
analysis of human behavior in the tragic situation of the military
confrontation. Inhumanity, irregularity, the senselessness of
war Astafyev opposes to the inviolability of the world. Writers
thought about the price of the victory, which was paid by the
people in the Great Patriotic War, is permeated by the tragedy.
Including religious and philosophical aspects to the authors
meanings and images, V. Astafyev creates his vision of the
tragic, and continues the traditional ideas of Christian ethics.
