THE SYMBOLIC VALUE OF THE LEXEME MIRROR IN THE NOVEL BY HEART OF A DOG BY M.A. BULGAKOV
Abstract
This article analyses the lexical-semantic variants
of the lexeme mirror in the novel Heart of a Dog by
M. Bulgakov. Its interior form is connected with the content
of the denoted cultural information, which has a well-known
amount of the ideas, associations, believes. In the article the
lexeme mirror is considered as a multifunctional symbol in
its linguistic-cultural meaning. On the basis of the novel its
interpretation is given, the role in the ideological and artistic,
and emotional perspective is revealed.
