THE LEITMOTIF NARRATIVE AS A WAY OF EXPRESSION OF THE AUTHOR'S VIEWPOINT IN VALERIA NARBIKOVA'S PROSE

Abstract

The article presents the analysis of the narrative structure of Narbikova's prose in terms of the author's viewpoint. The established appreciation of Narbikova's works being "decentralized” texts without the author's line, completely focused on the play of words is being controverted. The author studies the main leitmotifs of the trilogy consisting of stories «Okolo ekolo», «Probeg - pro beg », «Velikoe knya...» and proves its consolidating and plot forming role. The leitmotif composition of the plot determines similarity of the trilogy with musical genre of sonata. The leitmotif organization of the narrative is used as an important way to represent the author's idea with the help of he repetition of the main themes and their development in different artistic modalities. The realization of leitmotifs and its interaction help to express the author's irony and her understanding of world's absurdity.
