Статья посвящена лингвистическому описанию одного из важнейших законодательных актов екатерининской эпохи, в котором излагаются основы реформы губернского управления в России. Автор отмечает некоторые орфографические, лексические, морфологические и синтаксические особенности документа, указывая отличия его языковых особенностей от норм локальной деловой письменности той же эпохи. Это позволяет получить представление о сложившейся во второй половине ХУШ столетия системе языковых средств административной документации в рамках официально-делового стиля формирующегося нового литературного языка.
The article is dedicated to linguistic description of one of the most important legislative acts of Ekaterina’s era, which sets out a framework of reform of the provincial administration in Russia. The author notes some spelling, lexical, morphological and syntactic features of the document, pointing out its linguistic differences from the norms of the local business writing of the same era. It allows to understand the system of linguistic units of the administrative documentation in the context of official style that was developed in the second half of the 18th the century and has formed new literary language.
