Материалы данной статьи, дающие основу для осмысления творческого наследия поэта и журналиста Лидии Шелест (1901-1986) в контексте отечественной литературы ХХ века, способствуют созданию её творческой биографии. Поэтическое творчество Шелест, ярко отразившее сложнейшие этапы в истории XX столетия нашего государства, можно рассматривать как уникальный художественный документ эпохи. В статье выделяются основные тематические направления поэзии и публицистики автора. Среди них - образ малой родины, военно-патриотическое творчество и любовная лирика.
The materials of the article, which give the basis for the understanding of the creative heritage of the poet and journalist Lydia Shelest (1901-1986) in the context of the Russian literature of the 20th century, help to produce her creative biography. Poetry of Shelest clearly reflected the difficult stages in the history of our country in the 20th century and can be considered a unique artistic document of the epoch. The article highlights the author’s main themes in poetry and journalism. Among them is the image of a small motherland, the military-patriotic works and love poems.
