Цель. Выявление логико-семантических запретов реализации общефактического значения (ОФЗ) русских глаголов.Процедура и методы. Осуществлено диагностическое наблюдение за современной разговорной речью с фиксацией речевого материала и последующим логико-семантическим и синтаксическим анализом.Результаты. В сфере количественности выявлены два запрета логико-семантического характера на реализацию ОФЗ в простом предложении; в разговорной речи оно не реализуется: а) при партитивной характеристике объекта; б) при пересчёте объектов. Создана объяснительная модель языкового явления (для сферы РКИ).Теоретическая и/или практическая значимость. Полученные результаты расширяют представления об особенностях употребления глаголов ОФЗ в речи. Полученные языковые и речевые факты привели к созданию их объяснительной модели для курсов РКИ – синтаксического, разговорной речи и двустороннего перевода, что способствует формированию коммуникативной компетенции иностранных учащихся уровней владения языком В1–В2–С1.

Aim. To reveal the logical-semantic restrictions for implementing the general factual meaning (GFM) of Russian verbs.Methodology. A diagnostic observation of modern spoken speech was carried out alongside with the registering of speech material and subsequent logical-semantic and syntactic analysis.Results. In the quantity sphere two logical-semantic restrictions for using GFM in the simple sentence are detected: 1) in partitive characteristic of the object; 2) in counting the objects. The explanatory model of these language phenomenon for the “Russian as a foreign language” (RFL) courses is created.Research implications. Gained results widen the knowledge of peculiarities of using the verbs in GFM in speech. Gained language and speech facts have led to creation of explanatory model for several RFL courses – Syntax, Colloquial Speech and Bilingual Translation, which contributes to forming the communicative competence of foreign students at Russian Acquisition Levels B1-B2-C1.
