В статье рассмотрена речевая тактика критического высказывания в де- ловом межличностном взаимодействии: обозначены типовые тактические ходы, дана их оценка с точки зрения наличия/отсутствия речевой агрессии; на дискурсивных примерах продемонстрирована диффузность кооперативного и конфликтного коммуникативно-прагматического потенциала реального кри- тического высказывания; методом бинарных оппозиций смоделировано иде- альное конструктивное критическое высказывание.
The article concerns a speech tactics, containing criticism within frame of interpersonal business verbal interaction: an outline of typical tactical moves is supplied; a proper assessment of the latter is provided concerning speech aggression as present or absent in specified tactical speech moves; diffuseness of illocutionary power of actual speech expression, containing criticism, as cooperative or vice versa clashing is demonstrated with regard to samples of authentic business discourse in Russian; as a result of investigation an ideal model of a positive (that is constructive) critical judgment utterance is described in terms of contrastive oppositions.
